Terms of use

Last updated 20 September 2026.

FitnessKinda is not medical advice. It records what you tell it and describes what you recorded. It does not diagnose anything, does not recommend treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified health worker.

What this is

FitnessKinda is a place to keep a record of what has been happening to your body, and to organise that record into something you can read or hand to a clinician.

What it is not

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

If you forget your password, use the link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a way to set a new one. The link works for one hour and once only, and setting a new password ends every other session on your account. This is why we ask you to confirm your email address: without a confirmed address there is nowhere safe to send it.

Accuracy

The record is only as good as what you put in it. We do not verify anything you record, and we do not correct it.

This is an early product

FitnessKinda is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, or that data stored in it cannot be lost. Keep your own backups; the app gives you a button for exactly that. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it.

Fair use

Do not attempt to reach other people's records, break the service, or use it to store anything unlawful.

Ending it

You can stop using FitnessKinda at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that is being used to harm the service or other people.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app.
